How Soon Will My Order Ship?

After we verify your payment, we ship out your order within one (1) business day. We do not send out orders on Sundays and holidays. Generally, if your purchase order comes after mid-day hours, we will not ship it till the next day. If your order comes in after mid-day on a Friday, your order will likely ship out the following Monday.

Do I Have To Pay International Taxes and Duties?

You may need to pay import duties and taxes once your shipment reaches your country. Craple cannot control and is not liable for any duties or taxes that may apply to your package. You are responsible for the payment of the additional charges.

Can I Change the Shipping Address for My Order?

Yes, we can change the shipping address on your order so long as it has not gotten into the packing process. Please send an email to us containing your order number and the new address as soon as possible. However, we cannot change your shipping address from a domestic to an international address. Or change an international address to a domestic one.

How Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

You have the right to cancel Your Order within fourteen (14) days without stating any reasons; this applies only to our regular products. Call or send an email within 48 hours to cancel custom or personalized products, as you can no longer cancel such order(s) after 48 hours.

To change an order, contact us immediately because after our warehouse processes your order, we will be unable to change it.

Why Was My Order Cancelled?

You experience the cancellation of an order if our system notices any inconsistent or fraudulent traits in your order. If you are certain that it is a false alarm, kindly make your make payment using another means or contact us to report this issue.

Does Craple Offer Warranties on Products?

If the products you purchased do not work as described or accurately, and it is a fault of our manufacturing process, we will replace your order for free. But, if you mishandle or abuse the product, we will not replace it. Products that you expose to water, scratches, accidental glass damage, or normal wear and tear do not fall under the replacement cover.
